Ingredients
  

For the wings

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  • Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.

Serving

  • Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

Best served hot and fresh. Pair with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
