Fruits and Nuts

  • 1 cup Fresh fruits (grapes, strawberries, apple slices) Ensure a mix of colors.
  • 1 cup Dried fruits (apricots, figs) Add variety for flavor.
  • 1 cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts) For added crunch.

Extras

  • 1 box Crackers or breadsticks Choose your favorite type.
  • 1 jar Olives or pickles For a salty touch.
  • 1 jar Honey or jam For sweet dipping.
  • 1 bunch Fresh herbs for garnish (like rosemary or basil) For added color and flavor.

Preparation

  • Choose a large, clean board or platter as your base.
  • Arrange the cheeses first in different sections of the board.
  • Add the cured meats around the cheeses, rolling or folding them for a nice presentation.
  • Fill in the gaps with fresh fruits and dried fruits, scattering or creating small clusters.
  • Place small bowls of olives or pickles for added flavor.
  • Add nuts around the board for texture.
  • Complete the board with crackers or breadsticks.
  • Drizzle honey or add small jars of jam for sweetness and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Serve as a centerpiece and let guests serve themselves. Pair with light wine or sparkling juice. Store leftovers tightly wrapped or in airtight containers.
