Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices you enjoy.

For Serving

  • 1 jar pasta sauce Serve with your favorite pasta sauce.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve with your favorite pasta sauce and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftover meatballs, let them cool completely. Place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze the cooked meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet first. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. They can last in the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat, simply warm them in the oven or microwave until heated through.
