Ingredients
  

Coffee Base

  • 2 cups brewed coffee (cooled) Brewed coffee should be cooled or chilled.
  • 1 cup milk Any kind of milk can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.

Toppings

  • Ice cubes For serving.
  • Optional: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or flavored syrup Used for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, and sugar. Blend on high until well mixed.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the blended coffee mixture over the ice.
  • Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup or flavored syrup if desired.

Notes

Serve chilled in a tall glass filled with ice. Add a straw for ease of sipping. You can also sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for extra flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir well before serving again as it may separate.
