  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust based on taste preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or cheddar.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a crockpot, combine ground beef, pasta, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pasta is cooked and the beef is tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese just before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your creamy beef pasta!

Notes

For extra flavor, brown the ground beef in a skillet before adding it to the crockpot. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms to enhance the dish. Adjust the amount of Italian seasoning based on your taste preference. If the pasta seems too thick after cooking, add a splash of beef broth or water to loosen it up. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
