Instructions
 

Cooking the Sausage

  • In a large pot, cook the sliced sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.

Making the Sauce

  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Bring to a simmer and add the pasta.
  • Cook according to pasta package instructions until al dente.
