Preparation

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a crock pot.

Cooking

  • Add macaroni, beef broth, chili beans, and diced tomatoes to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pasta is cooked.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot.
