Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 8 oz spaghetti Uncooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For added creaminess
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese For added creaminess
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breast in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.
  • Add the uncooked spaghetti and both cheeses to the Crock Pot.
  • Stir everything together and cook on high for another 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider sautéing the onion and garlic before adding them to the Crock Pot. You can use pre-cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
