  • 3 medium Bell peppers Use a mix of colors for variety
  • 1 large Onion Can use yellow, red, or white onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Concentrated sauce Use preferred sauce (e.g., teriyaki for flavor variation)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  • Chop the bell peppers and onions, and add them to the slow cooker.
  • Mince the garlic and add it in as well.
  • Pour the concentrated sauce over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Cover and set the slow cooker to cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
  • Once done, stir everything together and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the beef stew meat for a few hours or overnight before cooking. You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for more color and nutrition. If you like a bit of heat, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
