Steak Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best results.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Steak

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat with a splash of cream or water to restore the creamy texture. For the best flavor, let the steak rest after cooking before slicing.
