  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes One can.
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to your preference.
  • to serve amount Grated Parmesan cheese For serving.

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the pasta.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for a month. Always reheat thoroughly before serving. Consider adding vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
