  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over the turkey and vegetables, tossing to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Make sure to chop vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking. You can substitute ground turkey with chicken, beef, or tofu. Add red pepper flakes or sriracha for spice. Marinate the turkey in teriyaki sauce for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
