Ingredients
  

Dough and Base

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Use your favorite sauce

Toppings

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Use high-quality for best flavor
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices Or any preferred meat
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Optional for flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

Best served hot and fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
