  • 1 packet Seasoning mix (for Salisbury steak) Feel free to adjust according to your preferences.
  • 2 cups Beef broth You can use low-sodium broth for a healthier option.
  • 4 cups Mashed potatoes Homemade or store-bought are both fine.

Preparation

  • Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix the seasoning mix with the beef broth and pour it over the meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve the meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. If you want a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and add it to the slow cooker in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
